CDC Eviction Moratorium Extended to March 31, 2021 '

As expected, the CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky signed an extension of the CDC order making evictions of tenants, who file/submit a declaration with the landlord/owner, for failure to make rent or housing payments prohibited until March 31, 2021.  Landlord should continue to workout payment plans with tenants behind on rent to achieve a good result until the moratorium ends.
