EEOC Announces New Resources about Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Workplace Rights

The EEOC recently consolidated guidance for employers regarding sexual orientation and gender identity rights.  Employers are prohibited from discrimination when it comes to any aspect of employment, and from creating a hostile work environment based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
