Kuester is the leader of Taylor Duma’s Intellectual Property Group and serves on the firm's Management Committee. He handles all types of intellectual property issues, including litigation, preparation and counseling. As a registered patent attorney, Kuester has been preparing and prosecuting patents for more than 30 years and has extensive trademark and copyright experience.
North is a partner in the firm’s IP Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex litigation matters, specializing in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition issues. North has served as lead counsel in over 100 intellectual property cases and has litigated in all major IP courts across the United States.
